Who is Ingrid Borland?

Founder of QuitFalling, OT-ing, and the S3S (Safety-3-System).  She was born in Portland, OR and has lived all over the Portland Metro area including Vancouver WA, Battle Ground and Ridgefield, SE Portland, Milwaukie, Hillsboro, and now Lake Oswego.

Credentials:

Ingrid earned her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, OTR/L at Pacific University and currently works as an OTR/L at a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Hobbies/Passions:

Ingrid is very adventurous and loves to sing, dance (social), play brainy games/activities, kickbox, swim, ”fun” exercise and tries to challenge herself in most aspects of life.  As you can see, Ingrid is also very passionate about fall prevention and believes that the world can be changed through the right kind of education.
